1. How have you found your overall experience with Sam?
I have found my experience with Sam absolutely brilliant. He has gave me so much confidence in the gym. I can now go on my own, knowing what I need to do without over doing it but working myself out at the same time. I love how understanding Sam as been with other commitments and injures. He is a brilliant personal trainer
2. Is there anything that you believe could have been done better or that could be improved?
No I feel all of the support I have had as been amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer and the confidence he has helped build up for me
3. Do you feel more confident within the gym after working with Sam and why?
I feel so much more confident in the gym and about my body. This is because Sam taught me that no one is watching or paying attention to you they’re too busy working on themselves. Also the gym is for anyone no matter what size or shape.
4. Throughout our session did you think that Sam’s instructions and explanations were clear and easy to follow? If not, why?
I feel Sam showed me how to the exercise perfectly making sure I was doing it correctly the whole way through making sure I wouldn’t injure myself
